Caladium 'Fancy Mix' is the one to go for if 1: you love surprises, 2: you don’t have a strict colour scheme and 3: you love the jungle vibe! One thing you can bank on is that they will be bright and amazing. These tropical bulbs like to be warm, so pot them up and start them off indoors in the spring for best results. They can take up to three months to sprout so don’t be alarmed if they don’t do anything straight away, but once they get going they’re well worth every minute of the wait. Caladiums are deciduous perennials for summer interest, in autumn they will naturally die back.
